We go for refuge to all the glorious holy Lamas.
We go for refuge to all the Yidams, who are the deities gathered in the mandalas.
We go for refuge to all the Buddhas, those that have conquered the mind and gone beyond.
We go for refuge to all the supreme Dharma.
We go for refuge to all the noble Sangha.
We go for refuge to all the Dakas, Dakinis, who are the Protectors and defenders of the Dharma, all possessing the Eye of Transcending Awareness.
THE LORD’S PRAYER
Mother Goddess, Father God
Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name;
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done;
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is thy kingdom,
thy power and the glory,
for ever and ever.

The medicine of air for the action of creativity to change the things I can

The medicine of earth for equanimity as I continue on my path
And the medicine of space to remain open to all that is

Help me set aside everything I think I know about you
Everything I think I know about others
Everything I think I know about myself
And everything I think I know about my spiritual path
For new experience with you God
A new experience with others
A new experience within myself
And a much needed new experience on my spiritual path
SOVEREIGNTY PRAYER
I fully deny all mocking spirits, vicious spirits, sabotaging spirits, hungry ghosts, and the like to have any access to me, my life, my body, my thoughts, my emotions, my time, or my energy.
I am a sovereign being and it is up to me to choose who I invite into my realm.
I am the Queen of my Queendom, and all of the sentient beings in my life are happy, abundant, and free.
